@ Brownies: 1 small jar nutella, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs. Bake @350 for about 20-30 minutes.

As you can see by the tweet above, I was quite excited a few weeks ago to have survived my first week of Kindergarten. And, you can see the fabulous recipe that was tweeted back to me by Dawn. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any nutella on hand. A shock. I know. However, it didn’t take me long to get to the commissary and get some.
This recipe? Amazing. Seriously. No lie. I mean, first of all the whole thing fits into one tweet. That alone is amazing. 3 ingredients just adds to the awesomeness. And? It’s gluten free. Not that I’m HUGE on being GF, but my kids don’t really eat a whole lot of gluten filled items so it just seemed like an added bonus.
I baked mine for about 22 minutes, and out came THE MOST DELICIOUS brownies I have ever eaten. Again, no lie. They were moist, soft, and gooey, but no so gooey I felt like I was eating batter. Just the right consistency. I’m completely in love and have sworn myself to use this recipe only for the rest of my days when making brownies.
So there is no flour needed in this recipe?
Exactly. No flour needed at all
Baking mine right now! Cant wait to bite in
and? AND?!?!?!? Did you LOVE them?
Sounds extremely good. I have just started using Nutella. I bought the snack pack just to see what it’s like. I was shocked on how delicious it is. Now with peanut butter & now brownies… I’m in heaven……..

I need to make these! Nutella is a staple in this house and this looks divine!
Then you will LOVE it. Promise.
Oh dear god I need to try this. Danger!
Danger might be an understatement
Love Nutella and never thought to use it for brownies – YUM! Can’t wait to try this!
Neither did I!! And it’s these golden nuggets that keep me in love with twitter.
OMG!! These brownies were so good. I have never had nutella and i will make these again. Amazing
WOW!!! You made them already?? YOU ROCK!! So glad you loved them.
How many ounces is a small jar of nutella?
13oz
Looks interesting! But, as someone who is baking challenged, could you please tell me what was the size of the small jar of nutella you used? And what do you do with the ingredients? Pour everything into a bowl, beat and then put into a baking dish? Oh, and do you pre-heat the oven? Sorry for asking such silly questions, but if you ever saw my baking disasters I’m sure you’d sympathize!
No problem!! Yes, I beat everything together and pour into a greased baking dish that you’d normally use for brownies. 8×8 or 9×9 is perfect. The small jar is 13oz. I preheat my oven, but if it’s not ready by the time I’m done mixing, I pop them in anyway. Let me know how they turn out for you!!
Oh Yum.
Adding to my Pinterest board pronto.
