The Emmy’s are this Sunday. You know it’s officially Fall when the Emmy’s hit. Do you watch them? I’m always interested to see if any of my favorite shows, or actors/actresses from my favorite shows, win any awards.
But why just sit there and watch the Emmy’s when you could be part of the #EmmySmack twitter party? It’s going to be great!! I’m actually really looking forward to this one.
“Prizes will be given out for Emmy trivia, 6 Degrees to Kevin Bacon contests, the Funniest Tweet, and how many times will Jimmy Kimmel …” says the Queens of MomSmack.
Also? What would an Emmy party be without the swag? Because you did read in the line above that there’ll be prizes right? Right!! And the #EmmySmack sponsor this year is AMBER PRODUCTS. Pretty much spa bliss in your own home. So make sure to show them a little love, as thanks, and give them a twitter follow ( ) and .
So, seriously. Join the party!! All you have to do is RSVP (clickity click) and Fill Out The Ballot (easy peasy) and show up to the twitter red carpet toting the sexy .
Alright, so enough of that. I’m pretty much ready to rock and roll Sunday night. So I thought I’d offer a bit of different content for you today, and take on one of the #EmmySmack writing prompts, offered on the . I’m chosing Top 3 Favorite TV Characters.
- Sydney Bristow. Alias is my all time favorite show. Sydney? Kicked major awesomeness ass. You can’t not love her. Caught up in two very different worlds, and always seeking truth and love while showing the jerks who’s boss…. ya. I love her.
- Willow Rosenberg Yes, I can admit it. I was totally on team Buffy. Loved the show, from start to finish. But Willow was by far my favorite character on the show. Ok… I might have crushed on Spike a little, too. Willow, though, was awesome and showed the most growth from beginning to end than any other character on the show. She was witty, clever, super smart, extremely versatile, and you couldn’t ask for a better friend.
- Gemma Teller I don’t know if I love her because I love Katey Sagal so much and how wonderfully she plays every part she touches, or what but I LOVE Gemma. She is one bad ass momma. Like most of us mommas, she has a heart that knows no bounds, will do anything to protect her child, and now grandchildren, and all that she has worked so hard to build. She’s fierce, cunning, and someone I’d never want to piss off.
Well, there you have it. Now, I’m officially ready for Sunday night, the Emmy’s, and the #EmmySmack twitter party.
Will YOU be there??
